With the direct primary care model, we have the opportunity to visit with patients for up to an hour. This allows us time to not only discuss past and current conditions or concerns, but develop an individualized plan of care with an emphasis on optimum health as well as prevention. We also understand that sometimes you may have an urgent question or concern. By having an open and available line of communication, we offer same-day appointments and text messaging services for prompt response.

We will work with you to develop a holistic treatment plan not only for chronic conditions, but with a focus on preventative health. With a combined nursing experience of more than 30 years, our nurse practitioners have the knowledge and confidence to properly and optimally treat and manage your individualized needs, including: chronic illnesses, acute illnesses and injuries, mental illnesses, men's testosterone replacement and medical weight loss.
Not only will our nurse practitioners treat your existing conditions, we also work to maximize your prevention strategies. We strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and support your best possible life.
Our goal is to provide personalized healthcare based on individual needs, whether for acute or chronic conditions, and without the hassle of wait times and insurance involvement, and with a focus on YOU, the patient.
Currently, all of our visits are done remotely by using HIPAA compliant telephone or video call.
